What is your pricing structure?The cost ultimately depends on each client's unique needs. We create custom proposals for every project to ensure they perfectly match your specific requirements. We offer two approaches: 1) we can develop a proposal based on your list of needs, or 2) if you have a set budget, we can outline the services we can provide within that amount. Additionally, we can offer tiered options or phase the project to help manage your financial investment.

How many clients do you work with at any one time?We believe in quality over quantity. We work with no more than three clients at any one time. This ensures you and your business receive the attention you deserve.

How do you handle client communication and feedback during a project?This will vary depending on the scope of the project, but can include email correspondence, communication via your company’s preferred messaging app, and video conference calls. Retainer clients based in Austin, TX also have the option of an in-person add on. Each client will receive a regular project update that includes progress on deliverables, timeline, and budget.

Do you only work with clients in Austin, TX?We are location agnostic! While we are based in Austin, our services are available to clients nationwide.

What happens if my organization’s needs change and I want to add more services once we’ve begun?This happens often, and we’re always honored when it does! If you have more projects you'd like to collaborate on after we start working together, we'll evaluate the new requirements with you. If they are a good fit, we'll update our proposal and contract to include the expanded scope.
